Ricoh Digital Summit ’21

Designing a multi-channel experience for Ricoh LATAM flagship internal event.

Project Overview

Ricoh Digital Summit ’21 was a large-scale virtual event for employees across Latin America. I led the visual identity, UX for comms touchpoints, and creative production to ensure a cohesive experience before, during, and after the event.

The Challenge

Create a bold, company-wide event presence that:

  • Unified multiple countries and teams under one clear visual system.

  • Built excitement weeks ahead of the launch.

  • Worked consistently across email, social, landing assets, and virtual stage graphics.

The Process

  • Concept & Art Direction – Defined the theme, color system, typography, and motion accents to convey energy and scale.

  • Design System – Built a modular kit for posters, emails, on-screen graphics, and merch to accelerate production and ensure brand consistency.

  • Production – Delivered ready-to-ship assets for marketing and internal comms; optimized files for fast reuse by regional teams.

The Solution

A flexible visual language that translated seamlessly from print to digital: teaser graphics, countdown posts, dynamic email headers, and virtual backdrops—plus merch to amplify recognition and pride.
