For the corporate transition from Ricoh Latin America to Ricoh LATAM, I developed the communication campaign that introduced the new regional identity to employees and audiences across Latin America.
The Challenge
The main challenge was to communicate the organizational change in a way that felt modern, inspiring, and aligned with Ricoh’s global brand, while creating awareness and pride for the new LATAM identity.

Defined the Key Visual to represent the new regional concept.
Directed and produced videos for social media to maximize reach.
Designed wallpapers and virtual backgrounds for Microsoft Teams to ensure visibility in daily operations.
Maintained alignment with Ricoh’s corporate branding guidelines.
The Solution
A coherent set of visual and audiovisual materials that reflected modernity, consistency, and a strong corporate identity, emphasizing the new LATAM positioning.
